Sicostirolo® industrial quality polystyrene offers an economic solution for many applications where prime quality would be over-specified.

The Sicostirolo® Polystyrene portfolio includes 2 major groups:

• Industrial quality black and white high impact polystyrene HIPS grades and also industrial quality general purpose polystyrene GPPS

• Flame retardant prime compounds (UL94: V-0)

Sicostirolo® 600 SERIE are HIPS resins V0 1.6 mm designed for injection molding of wide range of application where aesthetical properties combined with good impact and processability are required. Depending on the different composition, it is possible to obtain different properties balancing (flammability, stiffness, flowability, heat resistance) depending on the application needs.
