ABS SICOFLEX®

ABS SICOFLEX® is a range of ABS-compounds with good mechanical and thermal properties and high gloss finishing from our mother company Ravago.

Thanks to this ABS SICOFLEX® is an ideal material for durable goods of different sectors, as well as for automotive applications.

According to the different needs, a range of SICOFLEX®-grades have been developed, each optimising one or more of the above mentioned characteristics. [list] Next to the standard grades the following groups are also available:

• Flame retardant

• High impact

• Heat resistant

• Electroplating

• Glass-filled

The complete range of all SICOFLEX® grades is available on request in a wide variety of cadmium-free and lead-free colours.

ABS SICOFLEX® is available in prime compounds as well as high quality recycled and industrial quality compounds.

The main Sicoflex® compounds are:

• Sicoflex® FR SERIE are ABS resins designed for injection molding of wide range of application where aesthetical properties combined with good impact and processability are required.

• Sicoflex® ABS resins reinforced with different level of glass fiber are specifically designed for injection molding applications where high rigidity and dimensional stability properties are required. Also available based on post-industrial quality raw material feedstock.

• Sicoflex® DURABLES SERIE are ABS resins designed for injection molding of wide range of application where aesthetical properties combined with good impact and process ability are required.

• Sicoflex® HH and HI SERIE are ABS resins designed for injection molding of parts for automotive applications.

• Industrial Quality Sicoflex® MZ ABS resins are designed for injection molding application; the good compromise between technical properties and price allows to use these ABS in a wide range of application.
